The Veterans’ Employment & Training Service (VETS) extended this year’s deadline for filing the VETS-4212 from September 30, 2017, to November 15, 2017, due to the impact of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

Although the VETS-4212 reporting cycle was not extended to March 31, 2018 (like the EEO-1 Report), starting next year, covered contractors can use the same “snapshot data” for both the VETS-4212 Report and the EEO-1 Report. See our prior post by Angelique Lyons for more detail on this process.
