Overview

Neil focuses his practice primarily in the areas of occupational safety and health law, equal employment opportunity law, and wage-hour law. In the area of occupational safety and health, Neil has assisted employers with their compliance obligations in the United States and in establishing and improving employee safety and health programs in Europe and Latin America. Neil is a frequent lecturer throughout the country on both OSH Act compliance topics and employment law issues. He has been named a “Georgia Super Lawyer.”
