Overview
Taren represents employers in a variety of industries, including retail, claims recovery, manufacturing, and higher education. She has represented companies before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission of Human Rights. She has experience drafting offer letters and employment policies and advising and defending management on compliance with federal, state and local laws, such as:
