The importance of certifying compliance becomes evident.

Notices have gone to some contractors who objected to the release.

Bad news for contractors.

Replacing the “EEO is the Law” poster is not optional.  

The new deadline is October 19.

But no need to start rolling up sleeves just yet.  

The requirement is not new, but the process is.  

The deadline to object is September 19.
