David N. Korsen

David’s practice is focused in all areas of employment law in both state and federal court, which includes defending employers in actions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other state and federal laws. David also counsels and guides clients on employee relations issues while working to find real solutions to their legal concerns.

David has been on both sides of the table, having previously served as lead plaintiffs’ counsel in hundreds of employment discrimination and wage and hour matters in federal and state court, as well as before the EEOC and corresponding state agencies. He has tried multiple cases to verdict in both jury and non-jury trials, and his comprehensive perspective lends valuable insight into case strategies and tactics, from discovery through trials and appeals.
