David’s practice is focused in all areas of employment law in both state and federal court, which includes defending employers in actions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other state and federal laws. David also counsels and guides clients on employee relations issues while working to find real solutions to their legal concerns.
