Overview

Sydney represents employers in various labor and employment matters including wage and hour disputes, other employment actions, and compliance with federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Constangy, Sydney practiced in the general Litigation group at the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where she represented clients from a wide range of industries in commercial, securities, and other corporate litigation. While at Skadden, Sydney also assisted the Labor and Employment group on multiple pay equity reviews for large corporate and non-profit clients.
