Constangy’s Director of Pricing and Legal Project Management, Shawn Gross, has been named to the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium’s (CLOC) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Council (DEIB Council).

The DEIB Council is responsible for “developing and executing the CLOC DEIB strategic plan, recommending policies and actions to the CLOC Board of Directors, and guiding the CLOC community with education, tools, and resources to achieve DEIB successes to ensure a more inclusive and equitable legal operations community in the future.”

The DEIB Council is selected through a rigorous application and interview process. Shawn’s two-year term ends in 2025.

Shawn is a member of Constangy’s senior leadership team, contributing to various strategic initiatives, including serving as a chair of the firm’s internal DEIB committee. Shawn actively engages with the legal community, frequently leading and participating in national presentations on legal operations, and diversity and inclusion. He played a key role in establishing Constangy’s supplier diversity program, organizing book clubs focused on DEIB topics and authors, leading diversity discussions, implementing pronoun inclusion in firm emails and bios, and coordinating leadership training. Shawn has more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry.
