Aadil represents employers in a range of cases involving employment litigation matters, including discrimination claims, in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration settings. His skill set spans a wide range, encompassing tasks such as crafting legal documents, formulating motion papers, overseeing written discovery processes, orchestrating and safeguarding depositions involving both experts and non-experts, engaging in mediation sessions, and contributing to the assembly of trial materials. His in-depth familiarity with employment law uniquely equips him to adeptly navigate the complexities of employer-centered defense strategies.

Aadil's ability to champion causes has been honed during his tenure in Public Defense, where he staunchly advocated for the rights of the less privileged. Now, this same advocacy prowess is channeled towards safeguarding the interests of employers.
