David Crane

David is an experienced civil litigator with a broad background in all stages of litigation. From early case assessment, to discovery, to summary judgment, David takes a holistic approach to litigating that draws on his background representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. David tailors his representation to the needs of each individual client, with a particular eye towards facilitating early resolution where possible. Where a case requires more aggressive litigation, David’s experience makes him ideal for expansive discovery and complex motion practice.

While effective representation often results in resolution before trial, David has tried cases before a jury in both state and federal court. David has successfully tried several cases to a complete defense verdict on behalf of clients facing claims for nine figure damages.

Prior to joining Constangy, David was an associate at a well-reputed Los Angeles litigation boutique.
