Overview

Eric joined the firm’s Tampa office in 2021. He represents employers in all facets of litigation in federal court, state court, and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and Florida Commission on Human Relations (“FCHR”). Eric handles a wide variety of labor & employment matters, including internal investigations, drafting agreements, and responding to claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, medical leave, wage and hour, breach of contract, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, and whistleblower actions.

Eric earned his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. Prior to joining Constangy, Eric began his legal career with a national labor and employment firm in Tampa.

About Me

While not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his partner, Kurt, and their chocolate lab, Marley. Eric is also a big Florida Gators and sports fan, an electric car enthusiast, and loves traveling.
