Romina represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, with specific emphasis on complex wage and hour class and PAGA actions filed in both state and federal courts. Her practice also covers a variety of disputes such as discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment.

Prior to joining Constangy, Romina was an associate at a boutique plaintiff’s employment law firm in Los Angeles specializing in wage and hour class and representative PAGA actions.
