Overview

Brittany is dedicated to her clients. She believes that the best defense comes from a clear understanding of the client’s business, relationships, policies and procedures. To that end, she takes the time to learn about each client and their particular situation. Brittany also works to find creative and unique solutions to issues that may arise in the employment context.

Brittany has successfully represented non-profit organizations, municipal organizations, educational institutions, manufacturing facilities, franchise owners, security companies, restaurant owners, hotel owners and other local and national businesses against claims of discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Housing Act, and Alabama’s Workers’ Compensation Act. Brittany also assists businesses with internal investigations, preparation of employment policies and procedures, diversity training, employee discipline and other personnel and compliance issues.
