5 updates that enhance your experience with Constangy digital

A fresh new look, built with you in mind.

It’s hard to believe a few weeks have already passed since we launched Constangy’s refreshed website. Internally, we’re excited about the updates, but what truly matters is how well the site serves you: our clients and friends.

Our goal wasn’t just to make things look pretty (though we’ll admit, it’s a nice bonus). We wanted to create a modern, intuitive space that reflects who we are as a firm: forward-thinking, approachable, and focused on helping employers. Here are five ways our new site was designed with you in mind:

No. 1: A streamlined, user-friendly home page. First impressions matter. Our new home page was designed to help you find what you’re looking for quickly, whether that’s legal insights, upcoming events, or attorney information. With simplified navigation, featured highlights, and direct links to key areas, the home page now serves as a more intuitive starting point for your experience with Constangy.

No. 2: News & Insights, all in one place. Our redesigned News & Insights page brings together everything we most often share with you: blogs, webinars, events, publications, and firm news. It’s a one-stop hub for our thought leadership, keeping you connected to timely updates and practical guidance from our attorneys.

No. 3: Attorney profiles that work for you. Our attorneys are the heart of Constangy. Their profiles now give you a fuller view of their experience and expertise, so you can quickly find the right person to help with whatever challenge or opportunity you’re facing.

No. 4: Practice areas, front and center. Each practice area page now tells a clearer story, highlighting how our team partners with clients to solve problems and move their businesses forward. Think of it as a guided tour of what we do best, organized to help you find answers faster.

No. 5: A mobile-first, client-first design. We know work doesn’t just happen behind a desk. The new site is fast, responsive, and designed to work seamlessly across any device, so you can stay connected wherever your day takes you.

This refresh is about creating a better experience for you. After all, a great website isn’t just a reflection of our firm, it’s a reflection of how our firm is growing and changing with our clients and the workplace itself.

This is Constangy’s flagship law blog, founded in 2010 by Robin Shea, who is chief legal editor and a regular contributor. This nationally recognized blog also features posts from other Constangy attorneys in the areas of immigration, labor relations, and sports law, keeping HR professionals and employers informed about the latest legal trends.
